A price of $500 for a printer is surely expensive. It's like you're paying for the name of the product than the product itself, right? Well, it's a different case with the HP LaserJet 1320.
The 1320, bless it, is actually light, at 24.7 pounds, and it's also a bit small, at 10 by 13.78 by 14 inches (HWD). The measurements make the product sound bulky, but when you actually see it personally, you'll be surprised how it can fit comfortably in your cluttered and cozy
office desk. Setting up this model is a no-brainer. All you have to do is to remove the packaging, pop in the output tray and paper tray, load paper, run the automated setup program, plug the USB cable, and print.
I like the quality of the outputs with this machine. It can handle any text that you want to print. I use rarely employed fonts for the articles I print, and I'm glad that 1320 always gives me readable and crisp fonts. It comes with a 250-sheet paper tray which is enough for my office needs. But if you want to have a 500-sheet tray, you can simply add another 250-sheet. Unfortunately, it's not PictBridge-enabled, so you can't print pics from your
personal digital assistant or digital cameras.
