One distinct quality of HP PhotoSmart M23 is its weather resistance metal case. in cold and in hot weather, my camera won't let me down. It has an adaptive lighting that automatically adjusts the object's appearance. Its red-eye removal takes away that monster-like look. It was released last year by Hewlett Packard. So far, my pictures of the Philippines are good because HP PhotoSmart M23 has a 4-megapixel lens. I will never forget the beaches, the mountains, the warm sun, the friendly people. I will go back to the Philippines one of these days.
I scanned the picture with 96 dpi (dot per inch) and I edited it with Photoshop. Here's what I did: I went to "Edit Image" tab and selected "Levels". Something would appear where you could adjust the lighting of your image. You would then see a dark-color
