Laptops are getting better and better as time goes by, like last year, all laptops that were released were as light as 500 grams. Now, device makers are creating portable computers in small, petite, tiny, little, whatever you wanna call it, all I know that they're just a bit bigger than my palm. Ultraportables are the newest in thing in the computer block, and if you do not know what that means, it's the smallest laptops, I think the size of a
personal digital assistant that you can by. Although there are guys who wants to stick with the normal laptop size, these latest gadgets are attracting the traveler type of business enthusiast since they can place the gadget beside their coffee in a small tray in a business-class plane. Personally, I think I like these baby notebooks more than the bulky type because it's more convenient and practical to bring them in out of town meetings and conferences than the huge ones that need laptop bags.
I'm actually using HP OmniBook 500, weighing only at least 6.7 pounds, and I assumed the best ultraportable my hands have laid on. The keyboard is slightly noisy but then again, your fingers won't a hard time typing because the tiles are not crammed unlike in PDAs.
